Cross Creative

Cross Creative is TRC’s transformative training and development programme for senior tech / creative professionals in Scotland’s digital media sector.

Cross Creative offers an exciting opportunity to achieve essential professional growth and gain a competitive edge. It is aimed at creative/tech professionals with strategic influence within a commercial creative business in the digital sector in Scotland.  The six month programme comprises five monthly in- house sessions plus an international field trip, giving participants the unparalleled opportunity to gain access to some of the best digital companies in the world. Previous delegates have visited Silicon Valley in San Francisco and Canada’s famous Toronto-Waterloo Region Corridor.

Cross Creative is open to senior creative/tech professionals with strategic influence within a commercial creative business in the digital media sector in Scotland. For guidance, this includes digital design, agencies, games, animation, mobile apps, publishing, augmented/virtual reality, technology and platforms/software.

We welcome applications from candidates who will use this opportunity to drive their business forward.

Selection on Cross Creative is a highly competitive, with candidates chosen on the basis of talent, need and clearly articulated business goals.

Cross Creative is heavily subsidised by our partners Scottish Enterprise, Creative Scotland, Channel 4 and BBC Nations and Regions. There is a company fee of £500. Please note that Cross Creative is subject to De Minimis Aid.
