Some quotes from participants in the previous version of the course.

This course is fascinating. You may already instinctively know some of this but don't have the tools or the framework to deal with any scenario you are presented with - the course gives you everything you need for effective management and leadership. And so much more.

A really worthwhile investment to take time out and evaluate your leadership and team. So many things helped me see the staff and situations more clearly as they unravelled during productions. It was invaluable to help see the bigger picture and have a toolkit of resources and techniques to tackle many individual situations.

Tammy Kennedy, Little Bird Films

An excellent opportunity to identify what kind of leader you are and to share experiences of leadership with peers.”

Would highly recommend the course as it was well thought out. Very collaborative cohort - TRC made sure there was a good mix of people in the group.
