We’re over the moon that our Special Edition programme is a finalist for the BIMA Advance Award for Talent/Diversity Initiative of the Year.
The BIMA Awards are the longest standing and most prestigious digital awards in the UK. They seek to support and encourage the work in the British digital sector that is pushing the limits of what is possible, making a difference in business, culture and society.
Special Edition is a professional development programme that seeks to address the gender imbalance at senior management and Board level in Scotland’s digital and tech sector. Running over a period of six months, Special Edition arms ambitious and talented women with the knowledge, skills and network to fulfil their potential and reach the very top of their game. Frequently described as a ‘life-changing’ programme, former delegates have gone on to gone on to secure significant promotions, including to Board level, and start their own businesses.
