Ailsa McDonald

Studio Project Co-Ordinator | ISO Design

From a young age, Ailsa has been drawn to creative fields such as writing, gaming and art, but she was particularly passionate about filmmaking. This led her to study Film at university, where she gained a First-Class Honours degree, followed by a Master’s degree in Directing.

After graduating, Ailsa gained experience in the industry through a placement as a Creative Producer and working as a runner, while also building a career in hospitality. During this time, she realised that her strengths in organisation, communication and people management could lend themselves well to a career in production and coordination.

Since then, Ailsa has been exploring opportunities across creative industries, including film, animation and gaming, and is now excited to make the leap into a career in coordination, where she can build on her passion for bringing creative projects together.

Outside of work, you will find Ailsa on a volleyball court!

Holly Agnew

Trainee VFX Production Co-Ordinator | Fix FX

With a passion for both digital and traditional Art, Holly graduated from Abertay University in 2025 with a First Class in honours in Computer Arts (BA), with her dissertation project winning the RARE award for Technical Art. Following that, she went on to pursue an MSc in Technical Art and VFX again at Abertay, embracing the challenges of VFX and Virtual Production. Holly really excited to develop my skills within my role at FixFX. Outside work I love drawing, painting, gaming, and spending time with my friends.

Quinn Louw

2D Animation Trainee | Eyebolls

Quinn Louw is a 2D animator and storyboard artist, who graduated from DJCAD in 2026 with a first-class honours degree in animation. He sees animation more as an execution of design than a raw expression. Every decision, from the biggest gesture to the smallest line, happens with intention. It’s this purposefulness and attention to detail that first drew him to the craft, and today has him excited to take his first steps into industry. When not glued to a drawing tablet, Quinn can be found building miniatures or getting excited about ridiculously long hikes.

Rebecca Sharp

Trainee Production Assistant | Stirling Animation Studio (Magic Light Pictures)

Originally from Glasgow, Rebecca lived abroad for almost a decade before returning to her home city. She started in Film & TV, working as a runner on projects in Scotland. Then became an English teacher, working across the world while studying for her BA in Philosophy and English Language. She took on an MA in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action in Paris and interned at the United Nations in programme support then went on to become a programme manager for several years. Missing a creative element in her work, she started to retrain and took courses in 2D and 3D Animation, with a goal of moving into the industry. She enjoys jumping into new projects and figuring out the best way to organise things so that they run efficiently, especially while working with creative people.

Rowan McKay-Hubbard

Junior Designer / Developer | ISO Design

Rowan is an award nominated multidisciplinary digital artist with experience in all parts of the VFX/Animation pipeline and beyond. He was originally exposed to 3D at age 10 through the video game modding scene, he was captivated by the artistic possibilities of 3D software, which he perused extensively as a hobby until his mentorship at Axis Studios in Glasgow.

From this he would go on to achieve a first-class degree in 3D Animation & Visualisation at GCU. While studying his work was noticed by the post-production team on Sweeney Todd – Slice and Dice where he would gain his first feature credit as an Unreal Engine/VFX artist.

Since graduating he has been freelancing as a 3D generalist while working as a skipper on Loch Lomond. He is very excited to be back in the studio environment through the Reset programme and can’t wait to keep pushing the medium.

Alfredo Fonseca-Siqueiros

Reset Trainee | Halon Entertainment

Alfredo came from a rural area of northern Mexico where he found a great passion in video games and film at a young age. This later inspired him to pursue a degree in Game Design and Development  from Rochester Institute of Technology where he found his calling in Technical Art. After graduating in 2023, Alfredo worked as a freelancer, florist, and even receptionist. Later on, he completed an internship at Garmin right before starting his master’s degree at Abertay University in Dundee. Now, Alfredo is soon to complete his Master’s in Technical Art and Visual Effects. While the journey has not been easy, Alfredo hopes his work will inspire future generations to pursue their dreams and to be creative, no matter where they are from.

Ayla Khoshaba

Junior Programmer | Screenburn Interactive

Ayla is a Technical Artist and VFX Artist with a background in traditional art, animation, and computer science. She is naturally curious and a little bit obsessed with figuring out how things work, which usually leads her down some wonderfully strange rabbit holes. She is especially drawn to surreal, atmospheric, and painterly visuals, and loves making work that feels a little unusual, often with a touch of dark, dreamlike whimsy.

She started out in fine art, working with acrylic painting and ceramics, but has since found her passion in the space where art and technology overlap. Outside of tech art and making things, she is a big fan of games, books, wild swimming, getting out into nature, and meeting people who are equally excited about what they do. She is always learning, experimenting, and probably starting five ideas at once. She can’t wait to keep learning and experiencing new things!

Lizzie Watts

Animation Trainee | Cahoots Studios

Lizzie Watts is a filmmaker and CG artist. She studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths College and Directing Animation at the National Film and Television School. Before retraining for a career in animation, she was an exhibiting artist and worked in the art department for live-action film and television. Her short films, made in her own unique and expressive mixed-media style, have been screened internationally at BAFTA and OSCAR qualifying festivals worldwide. She is excited to embark on the Reset traineeship as a crucial first move into what she hopes will be a long career in the industry.

Jose Pablo Gonzalez-Poblette

Software Developer / QA | Brilliant Skies

Pablo’s passion for games began with one of his earliest memories: playing Super Smash Bros Melee when he was 3 years old. Since then, he has been fascinated by games and how they are made. He studied Computer Science in Mexico before moving to Scotland to complete a Master’s in Computer Games Technology at Abertay University to pursue this great passion.

He enjoys bringing ideas to life and making them feel impactful through programming and visual effects, and is always looking to learn and push his limits. He has taken part in game jams, developed games across multiple engines, and explored computer graphics and shaders, a little bit all over the place.

Outside of work, Pablo enjoys going to the gym, taking long night walks with music, and cooking for friends. He is grateful to have started his first industry role at Reset and is excited to be part of the team.

Tumi Mokopane

Motion Graphics & VFX Trainee | Serious

Illustration has shaped Tumi’s world from the very start, leading to her love and exploration of motion design and animation. After studying Communication Design at the Glasgow School of Art and OCAD U in Toronto, she strengthened her portfolio through freelance and personal projects and worked full-time in motion design. Her freelancing then led to her work being featured in DAZED Magazine’s top student magazines to watch. She then dived deeper into VFX and 3D design, pursuing a master’s in 3D design for virtual environments in Glasgow.

Tumi is extremely passionate about exploring the ever-evolving world of media and motion and bridging the creative disciplines. When she is not creating in the studios, she is two-stepping to any fast-paced music or reading.
