Navigating the New Normal Launches
Fourteen senior management individuals from across the Nations and Regions are set to take part in a three-month training programme with TRC.
Navigating the New Normal is a professional development programme created in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. This programme will provide leaders of independent television production companies with the skills and tools to assess their businesses, identify key areas of focus and sustain resilience in their staff whilst enhancing their leadership skills.
The programme will run from October to December, funded by Screen Scotland, BBC Nations and Regions and Channel 4.
