Confident and friendly, Eddie describes himself as a ‘human-centred’ designer and is fascinated with cultural progression, community and collaboration. He graduates this year from Glasgow School of Art with a BDes in Product Design, having studied in Paris for part of his degree. He also completed an editorial design internship at Stylist magazine, led an ethnographic research project on the west coast of Scotland, and took part in the Italia Innovation Program in Verona last summer.
Rosa began learning HTML and CSS at age ten, building websites until her 14-year-old self deemed it too uncool. After gaining an MA in English Lit with Film & TV from the University of Glasgow, she headed for Shanghai to work as a teacher and private tutor, and later as editor and copywriter. Having always missed development, Rosa returned to Glasgow to take an MSc in Software Development, and graduated last year. She’s been working as a graduate software developer since October.
Instantly likeable, Patrick is also academically brilliant: he has a first class BA in Interactive Media Arts from Ulster University, was on the Dean’s List for high achievement, and won the Ulster Edge Award for sustained commitment to personal growth. Graduating this year from the University of the West of Scotland, he’s about to add an MSc in Digital Marketing to the list – on top of a number of roles in digital marketing, media, social, and video production.
Evan loves trying new things. He has a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, has completed various online marketing courses, and also took an internship through Nominet x Livity. He has worked in the family fairground events business, and as part of Fair Glasgow (Scotland’s travelling showpeople community), led the team for the Riverside Museum Christmas Carnival two years in a row, with attendances of over 25,000.
Julia graduates this summer from the University of Glasgow with an MA in Digital Media & Information Studies with History of Art. A highly talented and accomplished all-rounder, she has designed magazine layouts, developed client and contributor relationships, planned and produced editorial and social content, and is also an avid illustrator. She was Animation Producer for Glasgow University Student Television, and has also designed and built several websites, including the new site for Glasgow’s Golden Generation.
