TRC Administrative Co-ordinator
Our team needs an admin aficionado who thrives in a busy creative atmosphere. TRC is a well-respected training provider to the screen sector. A full time (negotiable) role based in our Glasgow office, you’ll help support the team to deliver top class training and development.
What’s the role?
Reporting to the Senior Management team you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team and senior management with a focus on accurate report writing, thorough copy proofing, attention to detail, and effective diary management.
This role will suit a highly organised individual who has demonstrable experience in a similar role. You’ll be a self-starter with an interest in working with creative individuals and companies. You’ll be a hands-on team player always willing to share knowledge and learn new things.

What will you be doing?
- Organisation – keeping fantastic records and proactively manage timelines and deadlines.
- Report Writing – preparing high quality reports and supporting the preparation of proposals
- Ensuring efficient systems are created and maintained
- Diary and Schedule Management – organising and maintaining diaries of senior staff and co-ordinating logistical details
Applicant requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- No university degree or qualifications necessary but you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience and results
- Fluency in Word and Excel essential,
- Super communication skills in person, by email and phone
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when required
Salary: c£28,000 commensurate with experience
Term: 12-month contract initially
